    What's your policy on returns?

    -You can return any merchandise that is damaged or defective if you notify us within 14 days of receiving your order. Please contact us or send us an email at and let us know! We cannot accept any returns or exchanges for any other reasons outside of this policy. Returns are store-credit only and no cash or card refunds will be given at this time.

    I received the wrong item / I’m missing an item in my order. What should I do?

    -We will gladly exchange any items that you received by mistake as well as send you any items that you did not receive with your order. We scan our items before sending them so by just providing your order number we’ll know right away where the mistake happened. Please contact us or email us at and let us know your order number and the item(s) you received incorrectly and/or the item(s) you did not receive.

    How do I cancel my order?
    -If your order hasn’t been shipped, you can cancel your order at any time. Just contact us with your order number. If your order has already been shipped, you will not be able to cancel.
    How fast do you ship your items?

    -We pride ourselves in our fast shipping times! We try to ship all orders within 1-2 business days. From there on, UPS takes care of the rest. Please note that we do not process or ship any orders on the weekends or on holidays.

    Do you offer any discounts or promotions?

    -We occasionally run discounts and great promotions. Subscribe to our newsletter for our latest promotions!

    I just placed my order, but I found another item that I love! Can I add to my order?

    -Yes, you can add to your order as long as your order hasn’t been shipped. Please email with your order number and which item(s) you would like to add. If we have already shipped your item we will ship the added items separately. Please also note that your order might take longer to fulfill if you choose to add more items.

    How do I know if an item I want is out of stock or back ordered?

    -If an item you want is out of stock or back-ordered, we will notify you as soon as possible.
