-You can return any merchandise that is damaged or defective if you notify us within 14 days of receiving your order. Please contact us or send us an email at email@example.com and let us know! We cannot accept any returns or exchanges for any other reasons outside of this policy. Returns are store-credit only and no cash or card refunds will be given at this time.
-We will gladly exchange any items that you received by mistake as well as send you any items that you did not receive with your order. We scan our items before sending them so by just providing your order number we’ll know right away where the mistake happened. Please contact us or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know your order number and the item(s) you received incorrectly and/or the item(s) you did not receive.
-We pride ourselves in our fast shipping times! We try to ship all orders within 1-2 business days. From there on, UPS takes care of the rest. Please note that we do not process or ship any orders on the weekends or on holidays.
