Marina St Barth Club – Terms & Conditions


1. Membership

The Marina St Barth Club (“Club” or “Program”) is our exclusive loyalty program designed to reward our valued clients. Membership is free and open to all customers. Existing account holders are automatically enrolled. By joining, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and to Marina St Barth’s Privacy Policy.

2. How the Program Works

As a member, you earn 1 Palm for every $1 spent, as well as additional Palms through special activities like referrals or campaigns.

Palms can be redeemed as store credit on future purchases, online or in-store. Simply create your Members Only account and let your loyalty be rewarded effortlessly and elegantly.

3. Eligibility

  • Open to individuals 18 years or older

  • Corporations, associations, and groups are not eligible

  • Marina St Barth reserves the right to disqualify anyone acting in a manner inconsistent with the intent of the Club

4. How to Earn Palms

Palms can be earned through the following actions:

  • Create an account: 100 Palms

  • Make a purchase: 1 Palm per $1 spent

  • Sign up to our mailing list: 75 Palms

  • Follow us on Instagram: 25 Palms

  • Refer a friend: 300 Palms

  • Sign up for SMS: 100 Palms

  • Happy Birthday: 100 Palms

Additional earning opportunities may be offered from time to time.

Points are credited 30 days after purchase, once our returns window has closed.

5. Redeeming Palms

To redeem Palms:

  1. Log in to your Members Only account

  2. Add your desired items to your cart

  3. Enter the number of Palms you’d like to use at checkout

Notes:

  • Palms can only be used for eligible product purchases

  • Palms cannot be used to purchase gift cards

  • Points cannot be retroactively applied to completed orders

  • Palms can be redeemed online or in-store

6. Returns and Exchanges

  • Returning merchandise does not automatically deduct Palms

  • Refunds are provided as store credit, never cash

  • Exchanging for a higher-priced item earns additional Palms for the price difference

  • Your existing points balance remains unchanged when items are returned or exchanged

7. Point Statuses

  • Approved: Ready to use for rewards

  • Pending: Awaiting verification (typical for recent purchases or referrals)

  • Cancelled: Not added (e.g., purchase cancelled)

8. Expiration

  • Points expire 1 year after being credited

  • Accounts inactive for 12 consecutive months may forfeit their points

9. Reward Issuance

  • Rewards are credited 30 days after qualifying purchases

  • Once issued, they can be redeemed at checkout for eligible products

  • Rewards are not transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be applied to gift cards

10. Modifications and Termination

Marina St Barth reserves the right to update, modify, or cancel the Club at any time, including altering Palms, rewards, or program rules, at its sole discretion.

11. Checking Your Balance

Log in to your Members Only account to view:

  • Available Palms

  • Pending credits

  • Exclusive rewards and offers
