Thank you for your purchase.
We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied, you can return it to us for store credit only.

FOR INTERNATIONAL PURCHASES
Orders placed with an international delivery address cannot be exchanged or returned.
U.S. TERRITORY RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within five (5) days of the purchase date. Returned items must be in new, unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
RETURN PROCESS
To start a return, you can contact us at info@marina-stbarth.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you the instructions on how and where to send your package.
To return an item, place it securely in its original packaging and mail your return to the email instructions.
Please note that you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you mail your return using a trackable method.
RETURNS
We will process your return after we receive the item in its original condition. Please allow us at least seven (7) days from receiving your item to process your return. We will email you to notify you when your return has been processed.

Earrings
Special orders or personalized items
Beauty products, perfumes, and other personal care goods
Sale items and gift cards
