Thank you for your purchase. We hope you love your items. However, if you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help. Please review our specific policies for U.S. and European Union (EU/EEA/UK) orders below.
1. UNITED STATES ORDERS

Return Window: All returns must be postmarked within five (5) days of the delivery date.

Refund Type: Returns from the U.S. are eligible for Store Credit only. We do not issue cash or credit card refunds for U.S. orders unless the item is defective upon arrival.

Shipping Costs: You are responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method.
2. EUROPEAN UNION & UK ORDERS (Right of Withdrawal)
In accordance with EU Consumer Protection Laws, customers shipping to the EU, EEA, or UK have the legal right to withdraw from their purchase.

Return Window: You have fourteen (14) days from the day you (or a third party indicated by you) receive the package to notify us of your intent to return.

How to Exercise this Right: You can initiate your withdrawal instantly by clicking the "EU Withdrawal / Return" button located on our website (under your account/order history page) or by informing us via email at info@marina-stbarth.com before the 14-day period expires.

Refund Type: EU customers will receive a full refund to the original method of payment, including the cost of standard shipping paid at the time of purchase. If you selected an express or premium shipping method, only the cost of our standard shipping option ($90) will be refunded.

Duties and Taxes Disclaimer: Any customs duties, import taxes, or local clearance fees paid to government or courier authorities at destination are strictly non-refundable.

Return Shipping: You must return the items within 14 days of your notification. You are responsible for the direct cost of international return shipping to the United States.

Exceptions for EU: By law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods unsealed after delivery due to health protection or hygiene reasons (see Section 5).
3. STORE CREDIT TERMS & CONDITIONS (Strict Enforcement)
Any Store Credit issued by Marina St. Barth is subject to the following rules:

Expiration: Store Credit is valid for exactly twelve (12) months from the date of issuance. Any unused balance after this period will automatically expire and be forfeited.

Non-Transferable: Store Credit is linked exclusively to the original customer account and email address. It cannot be transferred, sold, or gifted to another person.

Non-Refundable: Store Credit cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash, credit card refunds, or checks under any circumstances.

Usage: Store Credit can only be applied toward the purchase of merchandise on our official website. It cannot be used to pay for shipping fees, duties, or taxes.
4. RETURN PROCESS

Request: For U.S. orders, email us at info@marina-stbarth.com. For EU/UK orders, use the EU Withdrawal Button on our store or email us to initiate your return.

Approval: Once the request is registered, you will receive detailed instructions and the correct return address. Do not mail packages back without prior system approval or confirmation.

Condition: Items must be in new, unused, unwashed condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

Processing Time: Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your package at our warehouse for us to inspect and process your return. We will notify you via email once processed.
5. EXCEPTIONS & EXCLUSIONS
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene, safety, and customization regulations (Applicable to both U.S. and EU markets):

Swimwear & Underwear (if the hygiene seal is removed, broken, or tampered with).

Earrings & Pierced Jewelry.

Special orders or personalized/customized items.

Opened beauty products, perfumes, and personal care goods.

Final sale items, clearance items, and gift cards.
6. DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@marina-stbarth.com. We will arrange a full refund to your original payment method or a free replacement exchange, regardless of your location.
